Just a friendly advise that if you are going to be trading past your normal trading hours as it is coming close to Christmas, we strongly advise that you change your end of day time.

Failure to do this will result in server crash.

For example, if your end of day time is set to 9.30pm and you will be trading to 12.00am midnight, you must change your end of day time to 1:00AM depending on how long it will take you to cash up. All stations will have to be logged out well before the end of day process starts. (must be set up at least one hour after you close)

You must also remember to change the end of day time back once you return to normal trading hours.

How to check the End of Day Time

1. Log into minfos on the Back Office that is running minfos Automation manager.

2.  From minfos Launch Pad Click / File / End of Day Time.

• This will show you the current end of day run time. e.g. 9.30pm

3.  Close and restart all minfos program for this computer

How to Change the End of Day Time

[IMPORTANT NOTE FOR MULTISTORES]  
The End of Day Process for slave stores must not run after the multiStore night process - it has to run before the multistore night process.

1. minfos® Launch Pad Click on / File / End of Day Time

2. This will show you the current end of day run time. e.g.      9.30pm

3. Highlight/Delete the current time and change it to the new time that best suit your business close. e.g. from 9:30pm to 12:30am

4. Tick continue and press Okay.

5. A message will appear and warn you that End of Day time has change. Press Okay and you will taken back to the windows® desktop.

6. Log back into minfos and your End of Day Time will be updated.
