Prior to then, each pharmacy was operating independently – generating myriad inefficient and costly management and administrative procedures and processes, as well as a sea of paperwork from literally hundreds of sources.

 

The successful implementation of Minfos resulted in significantly improved efficiencies and dramatic time and cost savings.

 

Andrew says he is delighted with the overall uniformity the Minfos system provides from a managerial perspective. The Group now has a central head office overseeing all pharmacies, ensuring the day-to-day store activities are a lot more transparent, while financial data and general reporting are now easily accessible in real time.

 

Staff, comprehensively trained in Minfos procedures, are centralised in the one office, leading to an enormous improvement in overall administrative efficiency.

 

As Andrew points out, Minfos has enabled the group to gradually reduce administration staff numbers over time, resulting in considerable salary savings.

 

Andrew finds Minfos straightforward and efficient to use, and – much to his delight – he is already seeing strong bottom-line results, with improvements ‘right across the board’.

He says he now feels like he’s in control of all components of the pharmacies.
