Booking a database cleanse

After you fill out the form on this page, we'll contact you to schedule a date for your database cleanse that's convenient for you. We'll also send you our terms and conditions, and a consent form.


Once we receive your signed consent form (by the required date), we'll perform your cleanse on the scheduled date.


Our database cleanse procedure

  1. We'll log into your Minfos system remotely, after trading hours, and clean up your database.
  2. We'll contact your stock controller within the next few business days to share some tips and best-practice procedures for keeping your database clean.
  3. We'll send you a complimentary voucher for one of our systems management training workshops, valid for one year.
    We run workshops twice a year in most states. For details, please see our training page.
  4. Last but not least, we'll check back with you after six months to see how you're going.


Only stores that have had Minfos installed for over 12 months, and aren't part of a Multistore group, are eligible for a database cleanse.
