Introducing Minfos multi-store – manage multiple pharmacies from one place

Minfos launches its all-in-one multi-store module. This enhanced product enables pharmacy groups to manage their pharmacy business operations from one system.


“We developed Minfos multi-store to bring all parts of your pharmacy into one place – whether it be stock management for dispense or retail, pricing, promotions, ordering, inventory, accounting or reporting – it’s all there,” said EBOS General Manager – Pharmacy Technology, Andrew Hall.

Groups can manage products and pricing in bulk by tapping into over 500,000 accurate product names, descriptions and barcodes to maintain product attributes. They can select single or tiered pricing and choose from multiple pricing strategies such as pricing by categories, orders, GP% and margins and can also manage retail functions such as promotions for each store or by group.


Head office can analyse stock movement, dead stock, sales, seasonal patterns and much more before centrally ordering for their group. Utilise time saving tools such as ordering templates to schedule or auto-generate orders and reports to identify excess stock to conduct stock transfers between pharmacies, where required.


Gain accurate real-time visibility of the group’s performance, anywhere, anytime. Cloud-based reporting module provides dashboards, drill-down reports and auto-scheduled reports. Minfos reports aid in identifying trends and issues; profit and loss position; sales and staff performance and more. Head office can even set performance benchmarks by using Minfos reporting tools.
