Who should attend?

This full day module is aimed at up-skilling your staff who are already experienced in using Minfos for point-of-sale and back office work.

(Attendees should be experienced pharmacy staff that have used Minfos for at least 3 months).

  • Product Updates: An overview of automatic and Manual direct supplier updates, Daily updates, Wholesaler updates. Product Audit report and Product Merges.
  • Pricing: Creating; policy types; allocating products using range tags; maintaining price changes; printing new shelf labels; Price Manager; performance guidelines; Filters; rounding levels; price changes and Labels.
  • Stock Transfers: Creating A.R Customers, adding a Supplier, completing a transfers, Ageing and Printing Statements and paying transfer accounts.
  • Stocktaking: Counting and allocating products to correct categories; generating and actioning “not counted since” stocktake sheets; generating a Stock Variance report.
  • Promotions: The different types of promotions; Set Sales price, $ or % off retail price; Multibuy for $ or % off; Multibuy for set sales price and Tiered Multibuy’s.
  • Till: Advanced search; Till Hotkeys; adding salespersons; Layby Maintenance and till Reports.
  • Customer Management: Printing Statements; emailing statements; automatic additional account charges; customer reports.
